i love making crostata the lemoney vanilla scented cake biscuit base tastes amazing with everything- tart blackcurrant jam, rhubarb, fresh apricots.
I made this chocolate one with a rich chocolate ganache, toasted pine nuts and fresh raspberries.
ooh and on the bottom tier are freshly baked scones waiting for some jam!
